Laboratory Technician

Position Summary

AnarBioSolutions LLC is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the preparation, testing, packaging, and documentation of research reagent solutions used in research, biotechnology, diagnostics, and pharmaceutical R&D.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare buffer formulations according to approved specifications and procedures.
  • Measure and adjust pH, conductivity, and osmolality.
  • Perform routine in-process and finished-product testing.
  • Label, package, and document finished products.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and inventory.
  • Record manufacturing and testing data accurately.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Strong laboratory technique and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Experience preparing reagents, buffers, or solutions is preferred.

QC Analyst

Perform analytical testing, review quality records, and support the release of laboratory buffer products.

Position Summary

AnarBioSolutions LLC is seeking a QC Analyst to perform routine quality-control testing, review manufacturing and laboratory records, and support the disposition of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished laboratory buffer products.

The QC Analyst will work closely with Manufacturing and Quality to verify that products meet approved specifications and that testing is completed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine analytical testing, including pH, conductivity, osmolality, appearance, and other product-specific tests.
  • Support or coordinate microbiological testing such as endotoxin, sterility, and mycoplasma when required.
  • Review laboratory data, calculations, batch records, and certificates of analysis for accuracy and completeness.
  • Document results in accordance with approved procedures and data-integrity expectations.
  • Assist with investigations of deviations, atypical results, and out-of-specification results.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory instruments according to schedule.
  • Support method qualification, stability activities, and continuous-improvement projects.
  • Help maintain controlled documents, specifications, testing records, and QC inventory.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical laboratory equipment and quantitative data review.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain complete, traceable records.
  • Ability to follow written methods, specifications, and standard operating procedures.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in quality control, analytical testing, or regulated laboratory operations.
  • Experience with pH meters, conductivity meters, osmometers, balances, and pipettes.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GLP, ISO, data integrity, deviations, CAPA, or document-control practices.
  • Experience testing laboratory reagents, biological buffers, or aqueous formulations.
