Research Use Statement
This statement clarifies the intended use of AnarBioSolutions products and the responsibilities of customers working with research reagents and custom formulations.

Research use only
Unless a product label, certificate, quotation, or other definitive written documentation expressly states otherwise, AnarBioSolutions products are supplied for research use only.
Not for regulated end uses
Research-use-only products are not intended for direct use in humans or animals, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic administration, food, household, or consumer applications. They have not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or another regulatory authority for such uses.
Customer evaluation and compliance
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a particular method, workflow, or application; establishing appropriate controls and validation; reviewing applicable safety information; and complying with all laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and industry standards.
Custom formulations
For custom products, customer-provided specifications and intended-use information guide development. Final specifications, testing, release criteria, packaging, storage, shelf life, and documentation must be established in the applicable quotation, statement of work, purchase order, or product documentation.
Handling and safety
Only trained personnel should handle research reagents using appropriate laboratory practices, personal protective equipment, engineering controls, storage conditions, and disposal procedures. Product-specific labels, safety data sheets, and certificates should be reviewed before use.
No implied performance guarantee
Website descriptions and preliminary discussions do not guarantee performance in a customer’s specific system. Performance may depend on sample type, equipment, protocol, environment, and other factors outside AnarBioSolutions’ control.
Reporting concerns
Please contact AnarBioSolutions promptly regarding suspected quality issues, shipping damage, labeling concerns, or unexpected product performance, and preserve relevant product, lot, storage, and usage information for investigation.
