Privacy Policy
AnarBioSolutions LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through anarbio.com, including information submitted through our reagent builder and contact links.
Effective: July 17, 2026
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, work email, organization, phone number, project specifications, formulation requirements, testing needs, notes, and other information included in a request.
The website may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs through our hosting and infrastructure providers.
2. How we use information
We use information to evaluate and respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about projects, provide requested materials or services, maintain security, troubleshoot the website, improve our offerings, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Builder drafts and browser storage
The reagent builder may save an unfinished draft locally in your browser so you can continue later. This local draft remains on your device unless you clear browser data or submit or reset the form. It is not sent to AnarBioSolutions until you submit the request.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, document generation, and business operations. Current infrastructure may include Cloudflare for hosting and security and Resend for transactional email. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and external resources
The site may use strictly necessary browser storage or cookies for functionality and security. It also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information under its own privacy practices. We will update this policy if we add analytics or advertising technologies that materially change our data practices.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including project follow-up, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop non-essential communications. Contact us using the address below.
8. Children and international visitors
This business-to-business website is not directed to children. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services and legal obligations evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
