Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of anarbio.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate quotations, purchase orders, contracts, or sales terms may govern any commercial transaction.
Effective: July 17, 2026
1. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful business and research-related purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable scale, misrepresent your identity, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
2. No offer or acceptance
Website content, builder outputs, and request confirmations are informational and do not constitute a binding quotation, acceptance of an order, guarantee of availability, or commitment to manufacture. A transaction becomes binding only through mutually accepted commercial documentation.
3. Scientific and product information
Specifications, descriptions, illustrations, timelines, and technical information may be preliminary and may change. Users are responsible for independently evaluating suitability for their intended application. Nothing on the site is medical, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice.
4. Research-use limitation
Unless expressly stated otherwise in definitive product documentation, AnarBioSolutions products and services are intended for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, human, veterinary, or household use. See the Research Use Statement.
5. Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, graphics, designs, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to AnarBioSolutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for internal evaluation but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit content without written permission.
6. User submissions
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant AnarBioSolutions permission to use that information as reasonably necessary to evaluate, respond to, and perform the requested work. Do not submit confidential or proprietary information unless appropriate confidentiality protections are already in place.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. AnarBioSolutions is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnarBioSolutions and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from website use. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the amount, if any, paid specifically for use of the website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
12. Anar Intelligence pilot program
For selected research-use projects, AnarBioSolutions may prepare a limited candidate formulation for evaluation under agreed pilot terms, at no initial formulation fee. Participation in the pilot program is subject to the following:
- A defined technical question and acceptance criteria must be agreed before work begins.
- The number and volume of candidate formulations provided is limited.
- The customer is expected to provide structured experimental feedback on each candidate.
- Paid optimization or manufacturing begins only after successful validation of a candidate.
Materials, shipping, specialized testing, and complex custom work may not be included at no cost and may be billed separately. Eligibility for the pilot program is determined after scientific review and is not guaranteed by submitting a request.
